RCHS was founded on a straightforward belief that families deserve better options and facilities deserve reliable partners. Ottawa's healthcare system is under pressure. Families navigating residential care for a loved one with a developmental disability face long waitlists and limited information. Healthcare facilities face chronic staffing shortages that directly affect care quality. RCHS was built to address both problems with one integrated, high-quality organization. Since opening, we have grown our residential program, expanded our staffing roster, and deepened our presence across Ottawa and Eastern Ontario; always maintaining the clinical standards and personal warmth that define the RCHS approach.
